Matthew has built a reputation for delivering strong returns to investors over more than ten years in property development and investment. In 2009, he founded Legacy Property and is the driving force behind its $3.5 billion of development projects across Greater Sydney. As CEO of Legacy Property and Stirling Property Funds, he focuses on people, performance and culture to build strong stable business with enduring value.

Matthew Coy

Matthew (Matt) fulfils the role of Chief Financial Officer whilst closely working alongside the specialist property team. Matt has 30 years experience in the property industry including Finance Director at Colliers plus Group CFO and Company Secretary for ASX listed Centuria Capital Limited. He overviews the company's financial reporting regulatory compliance, investment structuring, debt and equity raisings, plus investor reporting.

Scott Girard

Scott has over 21 years property experience across fund management, capital markets, corporate finance and valuation. Prior to joining Stirling, Scott worked at M&G Real Estate where he was the Chief Executive Office and Chief Investment Officer for Asia Pacific. He has experience in all facets of property fund management including investment strategy, acquisition and asset and portfolio management.

Mike Williams

Mike has over 13 years comprehensive experience in the property development lifecycle including acquisition, strategic planning, approvals delivery, marketing and sales. Prior to joining Legacy Property, Mike worked at UrbanGrowth NSW(formerly Landcom) and gained extensive experience on major urban renewal and greenfield projects across Sydney. Including Thornton, Green Square, Victoria Park, Lachlan's Line and Caddens. Usinghis town planning expertise. Mike's focues is on identifying target areas of acquisition to benefit from future surrounding infrastructure and rezoning in order to unlock maximum value from Stirling Property Funds investment acquisition.

James Rowlandson

James has 18 years property experience across valuation, property management and asset management in both Australia and the United Kingdom. With extensive experience across all facets of asset management, James is responsible for the management, leasing and investment performance of Stirling’s assets including implementation of ESG policies. James focuses on actively managing tenant relationships, enabling Stirling to position assets to meet tenant needs thereby maximising income and value. Prior to joining Stirling, James was responsible for managing a large scale industrial portfolio at Leda Holdings.

Soo Pak
Investment Analyst

Soo provides research, modelling, and analytical support across the investment lifecycle in order to contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives as well as the delivery of outstanding capital growth to clients. Prior to joining Stirling Property Funds, Soo was in the Real Estate Advisory division at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. While at Deloitte, Soo was involved in a number of projects across a wide range of real estate asset classes, and was integral in the completion of detailed property market and town planning research, valuations, options analyses, feasibility analyses, and highest and best use analyses.

Andrew is a non- executive director of Stirling Property Funds Limited.
